                                                           FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What size storage unit will I need?
A: Go to our HOME page and it will give you a general idea, but its better to give us a call so you
      don't pay for more space than you need.

Q: How do I know how many boxes and other moving supplies to buy?
A: We have a worksheet that tells how much and what kind of supplies you need. Either call or stop
      by and we would be happy to work with you.

Q: Does Climate Control remove all humidity?
A: NO! And climate controlled units vary. We installed heat wires in the floor so we don't have forced air
      heat. This controls humidity better and saves money in the long run. We call it green heat!

Q: Is there a minimum rental period on the storage units?
A: We have month to month leases so you can move out whenever you want, however we DO NOT
   prorate rent so if you move out 2 weeks before your rental period is up, we do not refund your
    rent. But if you need an extra week or until the weekend, we will waive the rent!

Q: Can I use my own lock?
A: Unfortunately you cannot use your own lock. We will supply your lock for a deposit of $15.00
   and when you move out and return the lock to us, we will give that $15.00 back.

Q: Do you have 24 hour access?
A: Yes, but special consideration is necessary. 90% of our tenants use the standard 6:00am to 9:00pm
       gate hours.

Q: Does All Safe Storage have Climate Controlled Units?
A: Some of the units are climate controlled. We just built a new building that has about 15 units inside
    that are temperature controlled.
    These units are great for storing records, wine, art work, candles and electronics.

Q: Will All Safe Storage accept deliveries to my unit?
A: Yes,   All Safe does not load and unload but we will hold them in our office and give you a call
       when they arrive.

Q: Do you have moving trucks for rent or do you know where I can get one?
A: We can take reservations for any UHAUL equipment you may need. We will also reserve
    equipment for a One-Way trip anywhere in the US and Canada. We can also locate hotels and
    out of state Storage if you will need them.

Q: How long do I get on a UHAUL rental?
A: On Friday and Saturday (in town) the rental period is anywhere from 4 to 24 hours Those are the
        busiest moving days. If you rent equipment during the week (Sun-Thurs) the mileage is cheaper
    and you may get a longer rental period.
